Dr. Mukesh Kumar Sukla

IETE Life Fellow Member, VSI

18 years across industry, incubation, research and academia. At VLSIPRO he oversees on-time quality delivery, technology development, internal processes and semiconductor skill development.

He has delivered digital and mixed-signal projects for several clients and built strong teams. Since 2006 he has trained 1,500+ interns with a success rate above 80%. His research covers approximate computing for AI/ML, trading accuracy for low power.

B.Tech (Electrical) and M.Tech (ECE) from NIST; doctoral research in VLSI Signal Processing at VSSUT.

Dr. Santosh Kumar Patnaik

Dr. Santosh Kumar Patnaik

Principal Engineer, Analog Circuit Design & Research

PhD from IIT Kharagpur with 20+ years across academia, research and industry. He has delivered R&D projects from mask preparation through post-silicon testing.

A power-management IC specialist, he has owned LDO, bandgap reference and DC-DC converter blocks. He has mentored many engineers and published in reputed journals and conferences.

Dr. Trupti Ranjan Lenka

Board Member & R&D Advisor

Associate Professor of Microelectronics & VLSI Design in the ECE department at NIT Silchar, Assam. He has 25 years of R&D in III–V compound semiconductor devices (AlGaN/GaN and Ga₂O₃/III-Nitride HEMTs), nanoelectronics, nanotechnology and solar energy.

Senior Member of IEEE and an elected Board of Governors member of IEEE EDS. He guides VLSIPRO's research direction and keeps course content aligned with industry practice.
