Mukesh Sukla, who has 18 years of experience in industry, incubation, research, and academia, helps the company deliver quality on time, foster an innovative mindset, and advance semiconductor research and skill development at VLSIPRO Technologies. He supervises all internal procedures and techniques, as well as the efficiency of all technology developments and real-time delivery implementations within the organization.

He has previously worked on digital and mixed-signal projects for a number of clients. Because of his aptitude for driving and his familiarity with ecosystems, he has a track record of forming cohesive teams. Since 2006, he has trained more than 1,500 interns with a success rate of more than 80%. In the areas of approximate computing and low-power CMOS, he has authored over 14 national and international publications. Mukesh graduated from NIST, India, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and a master’s degree in electronics and communications. At VSSUT in India, Mukesh is currently working toward a PhD in VLSI Signal Processing. He is particularly interested in approximate computing for AI/ML applications that require a low power and accuracy trade-off.
